There are really aromatic and a world away from commercially produced nibs that are generally not ‘nibbed’ from fine flavoured beans . They are an ideal healthier baking alternative when used in cookies, biscuits, brownies and cakes, adding a satisfyingly intense ‘cacao crunch’.
