These delicious Marzipan Bites are made by folding freshly roasted cocoa nibs into traditional German almond paste. They are then hand-rolled and paned in our 90% Maya Mountain Belize chocolate. The sweetness of the marzipan with its nib crunch balances beautifully with the sharp berry notes of the chocolate. An unexpectedly decadent treat!
